About Bloody Scotland: Ian Rankin: 30 Years of Rebus
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
We open this year’s festival with a celebration of Scottish crime writing’s greatest detective, John Rebus, in the company of his creator, Ian Rankin. It is 30 years since Ian’s famous Edinburgh copper came to life on the pages of Knots & Crosses and he has thrilled us ever since. Ian will be in conversation with fellow bestselling crime writer Mark Billingham, walking the beat from St Leonard’s police station to the Oxford Bar and back again.
Sponsored by Orion.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Bloody Scotland: Ian Rankin: 30 Years of Rebus are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
