About Bloody India: Abir Mukherjee, Monabi Mitra, Doug Johnstone and Lin Anderson
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Bloody Scotland celebrates its links with the Kolkata Literary Festival by bringing together crime writers from both countries.
Abir Mukherjee was raised in the west of Scotland, the son of Indian parents. He has written two novels set in historical Calcutta, while Monabi Mitra’s The Final Report is on the mean streets of the city’s modern counterpart. Scotland’s own Lin Anderson and Doug Johnstone both travelled to Kolkata earlier this year as part of a cultural exchange.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Bloody India: Abir Mukherjee, Monabi Mitra, Doug Johnstone and Lin Anderson are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
