TOPFEST returns for another year, this time presenting 12 family arts workshops with a heritage theme as part of the wider History Live festival.

Cardboard Castle, ‘Stirling by the Sea’ Sculptures, Lego Building & Animation, Make Your Own Coat of Arms, Junk Instrument Making, Traditional Music Session, Botanical Storytelling, Orkestra Del Sol’s brass/woodwind & drumming street band, Creating Your Heritage and Step Back In Time…
