About Innovation & Excellence Lecture: Leadership for Sustainable Growth

Speaker: Dr Jim McColl OBE, Honorary Graduate of the University
Venue: Logie Lecture Theatre, University of Stirling, Stirling, FK9 4LA

Join us for the final lecture in our Innovation and Excellence lecture series to celebrate the University's 50th anniversary.

Dr Jim McColl OBE, Honorary Graduate of the University of Stirling will explore the leadership, managerial and cultural aspects that have enabled the success of businesses like Clyde Blowers. The lecture will focus on the capabilities required to turn around a struggling business, how to drive technical and managerial innovation and enable sustainable growth across an entire portfolio of companies. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the event for audience members to pose their questions.
