Pragmatic Buddhism is mindfulness made meaningful for today’s world. It uses every-day language to explain Buddhism's relevance. There is no need to attend a monastery to escape our unsatisfactory lives - life can be our monastery! Our meetings will usually include meditation practices, talks and discussions and of course, refreshments. 😊
