You do not have to live with anxiety!!!
If you want to stop ruminating excessively and be able to have a more peaceful mind, if you do not want to feel so vulnerable and take control of your life and emotions or if you want to sleep better again rather than dreading the next day,
this course will be of great help to you.
In this course we will explorewhat stress is and what anxiety is. We will look at the external factors that help or hinder you feeling calm. We then will work on the inner factors, your mindset (the way we think) and finally we will increase your resilience.
Throughout all the sessions I will give loads of exercises that will help you to learn how to manage and decrease anxiety, especially breathing exercises.
This four week course will start on 14 April 2018 at 11am. It will run for 1.5 hours each week in my therapy room. To maximise your learning outcomes the number of participants is limited to 6 people.
