Dates: Tuesdays from 19th April - 21st June 2022
Level: Beginners and Returning Students
A comprehensive, enjoyable evening class covering all aspects of jewellery making, suitable for both beginners and more experienced students who wish to refine their skills.
The small class size enables each student to work on their own individual project throughout the term, with assistance from highly skilled tutors providing expert one-to-one tuition. The course is structured so that each student will finish the term with a piece or even a collection of jewellery plus samples. Many of the techniques taught can be done at home making the course the perfect kick-start to your jewellery making journey.
All basic jewellery techniques are covered: piercing, soldering and applying texture to the metal. In addition, a selection of more specialised processes such as sand casting, jesmonite and keum-boo are taught throughout this course, as students’ individual interests and project requirements emerge.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
