Shooglenifty

What better way to celebrate St Andrews Day at the Tolbooth than with Shooglenifty lighting up the stage with joy and verve!

Shooglenifty

About Shooglenifty

What better way to celebrate St Andrews Day! Lighting up the stage with joy and verve has always been Shooglenifty’s USP, now re-formed with new fiddler in the shape of pint-sized fireball Eilidh Shaw. Formed in 1990, the band have promoted Scottish music the world over for 25+ years. As happy playing a small highland village hall as they are on an outdoor festival stage, their sound fuses traditional and traditional-sounding melodies with the beats and bass lines of contemporary influences.

After a summer of festival appearances and a new album out, the Edinburgh-based Acid Croft pioneers are in sparkling form. There will be dancing.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Shooglenifty are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
