Perhaps you've seen the TRX straps hanging in the gym and wondered, 'what do I do with them?' or you'd like to take part in a TRX class, but first you want to learn the basics and get your head around how to move in the straps.
We will work through all the basic exercises and offer modifications, adaptations and show you how to use the TRX straps to their full potential.
The workshop includes a full warm-up on the straps, the basic TRX exercises with progressions and a full stretching component.
The workshop is 2 hours and it will fly by as you move your body in a totally different way.
