Our POWER PLAY workshop is 2 hours of guided 'Play', allowing you to try some of the more challenging Power yoga moves in a safe environment with props, moving with the right technique in a room that's warm.
The two hours will fly by as we practice handstands, headstands, arm balancing, hip openers and more. If you love POWER YOGA and want to spend time working on your postures under the watchful guidance and eye of POWER teacher Katie White, then this workshop is for you!
