Come and join us for a Mindfulness Walk in Mugdock Country Park in Milngavie to enjoy beautiful spring colours. We will start from Mugdock Visitor Centre at 12.00 noon. The route takes you through Mugdock Wood land, Tannoch Burn, Mugdock Loch and Mugdouk castle. We will stop for a cup coffee at the visitor centre in the end of the walk to share our experience.
Meeting Point: Mugdock country park visitor centre - G62 8EL
Distance: 6 - 7 km
Date and Time: Sunday 21st April 2019 at 12:00 noon
Terrain: Mostly tracks and country lanes.
