About It’s OK not to be OK Football

Ok people! After a wee chat with a male friend that suffers from depression/ptsd and him telling me there isn’t many support groups for them, this little idea popped into my head!

I have bugged Callum, David, Karen and Braehead Football Club to help me set it up. Now it’s down to you all to help share this as much as you can so that my little idea can take off and we help as many guys as possible!

Please help!!

Venue: Braehead Community Project Hall (Crawford Hall), Colquhoun Street, Stirling
