Students will be introduced to the basic techniques used to transform flat sheet metal into a variety of interesting 3-dimensional forms using simple tools.
Samples will be made using the basic techniques used to fold and hammer or roll metal before students begin working towards a finished piece. This could take the form of earrings, a pendant, bracelet or a more sculptural object for the home like a spoon or candlestick.
