We are running a two hour TRX workshop on Saturday, 27th of July which is perfect for anyone who is interested in what TRX training can do for your body, specifically, your core. This is great for the whole family as everyone can work out on TRX - ages 11 years and upwards.
We'll start with a full warm-up on the straps then move onto all the basic exercises with progressions and finish with a full stretching component. We'll show you how to get a full body workout on the TRX.
If you've got a set of straps at home or you've seen them 'hanging up' at the gym, then come along and learn the basics, so you can achieve a safe and effective workout indoors or outdoors.
Please bring any family members who want to give it a go. Please be aware that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
