About Summer Kids Yoga Class

Has it been a stressful summer trying to fill the kids days? Then why not bring them along to this taster class where they will get the opportunity to learn fun yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises.

Here are just some of the benefits of yoga for children.

-increased strength and flexibility,
-improved gross and fine motor skills,
-improved concentration,
-tools to manage stress and calm their minds in their daily lives.

Ages: 4-12yrs old

Classes limited to 10 spaces.
Parents/carers also welcome to stay and participate.
Please pre-book to confirm space.
