In this workshop you will learn and practice different techniques of Pranayama (often translated as breathing exercise) to heal, revitalize and recharge both body and mind.
Through pranayama we can cleanse and clear energy pathways and help the mind to focus and become quiet, which in turn, leads to meditation.
When practiced regularly, meditation can help us live our lives more fully and more peacefully. It can have many effects on our minds and bodies that we invite you to explore...
The workshop will include
- Gentle stretching to prepare the body for sitting
- Overview of what pranayama is and some techniques
- Pranayama practice
- A meditation practice
- A final relaxation
