Wednesday 18th September to 23rd October.

Mindfulness is a fantastic tool to help you with anxiety, depression and not feeling in control of your life. Give yourself the gift of calm that comes with learning how to be mindful!

The course will be delivered by Britta Schuessler MA, Mindfulness teacher & BACP accredited and registered therapist. Britta has been practicing mindfulness for over 25 years.
