About Amulree to Newton via Auchnafree

Distance 11mls/7hrs Ascent 350m/1148ft

Start with 4km road walk, then through remote Glen Lochan to Glen Almond, following the river to Newton Bridge Car Park.

This is a linear walk using car shuttle. All walkers must contact leader in advance. At least 1 car will be required to be parked at Newton Bridge.

Walking boots or shoes and warm waterproof clothing required. You must be fit to do this walk. Bring food and drink for the day.
