Our Hot Core classes are unique in Scotland and were created to help you get fitter faster in a safe and effective way. Hot Core is a combination of yoga, glute activators, pilates inspired exercises, physio rehab exercises and High Intensity Interval Training in one class.
We add heat to intensify the experience but also to create an environment where you will improve your power output, your cardiovascular system, your lactate threshold and more. For the average person, heat training can help you to lose weight, burn more calories and increase your fitness levels.
This workshop will be performed in a warm room and we'll work through all the different exercises slowly and we'll discuss injuries and muscle imbalances, to help you achieve a great workout.
