Fermented foods taste amazing and add depth to your plate. Aside from tasting great they also provide us with gut-healthy bacteria which are fabulous for enhancing health in the following ways:

Learn how to make your own ferments using age old preserving techniques. During this 3 hour workshop we will look at how to safely prepare a selection of fermented foods and drinks, such as kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut tepache, garlic in honey, fermented hot sauce. You will have the opportunity to taste a variety of cultured foods and drinks and take your own jar of fermenting goodness home with you. You are also invited to bring along your favourite knife, a chopping board and an apron so that you can make this workshop as hands-on as you like.
Investment for this afternoon of fermentation is £40.
