The Tolbooth is pleased to welcome back the students of Sgoil Chiùil Na Gàidhealtachd for the final night of their annual tour. These tours give the students a great opportunity to get out and share their music. The concert will feature the 16 students in various combinations, including them playing all together in a powerful finale. The Centre teaches accordion, clarsach, fiddle, pipes, piano, guitar, drums, whistle, flute, and Scots and Gaelic song, and most of these will feature in the programme. All of the youngsters are multi-talented and they play a wide variety of vocal and instrumental music, both traditional and contemporary. The tour is made possible by the Friends of Plockton Music School, a charitable trust providing support for the Centre.
