This post pregnancy exercise 6 week low impact class will help mums who are returning to exercise. The class focuses on light cardio and an overall body workout that will leave you feeling fitter, stronger and more able to cope with physical challenges of motherhood. The course will also cover safe, effective ways to strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor after birth.
You should be 8 weeks after birth if you had a normal delivery or 12 weeks after a C Section. Get in touch by email if you would like more details.
