A playful, fun way to enjoy all the benefits of yoga with the delight of floating in space. Muscles are stretched and toned while the spine and other joints receive the benefits of zero-compression inversion. It’ll put a smile on your face while you iron out the crinckles in your back!
Classes run in 6 week blocks throughout the year.
Each class allows for 8 students only so you'll get the attention you need to develop your strength and your skills fast and effectively. No prior experience is needed, just bring along your enthusiasm and I'll do the rest.
