Join Stirling, Falkirk and District Ramblers on Sunday 1st March for a lovely walk starting in Dollar, walking along the River Devon up to Vicars Bridge, before returning to Dollar.

About Dollar, River Devon, Vicars Bridge Circular

Distance - 6.8mls Ascent - 105m/350ft

Description: Starting in the lovely town of Dollar nestled in the Hillfoots we go through the town and take the railway path to Lower Mains. At the River Devon we follow the fishermen’s path to Rackmill. Walking the South side of the Devon up to the old railway line and on to Vicars Bridge. Returning on the North side of the Devon back to Dollar.

This is a lovely walk although there will be some muddy sections.
Additional car parking at Dollar Health Centre in Park Pl, Dollar FK14 7AA.

Walking boots or shoes and warm waterproof clothing essential. Bring food and drink for the day.
