Each week we offer over 20 online classes, perfect for beginners to intermediate. With over 20 years experience in the fitness and yoga industry, we have a variety of classes, from gentle vinyasa flow to restorative yin yoga; deep stretch release class to Power yoga. Our daily fitness sessions (morning and late afternoon) are a mix of strength and cardio, using body weight training and pilates and physio inspired exercises and mobilisers; we also run 3 x TRX suspension training classes every week using your TRX to get a full body workout - this is the perfect time to work on your core and conditioning.
