The Blossoming Spring Mindfulness and Yoga Online Workshop

About The Blossoming Spring Mindfulness and Yoga Online Workshop

Well we didn't think we would have to bring you our workshop online but we're nearly edging out of Spring and we wanted to opportunity to bring you together in a similar format to our usual workshops.

After our bonkers start to the year we are looking to bring balance back to our world. Reset, find some balance, strength and stillness. We are already excited to see who can make it and look forward to sharing fun, laughter, balances, meditation and food together in this shared experience.

Yoga with Kirsty: I am so pleased to be welcoming back Kirsty who is now our regular yoga teacher. Kirsty is planning a series of balancing postures to bring strength and stability to your practice. Kirsty's practice is rooted in Inyegar yoga and she caters to all levels of yoga practitioner. Even if you've never experienced her teaching before.

Mindfulness with Louise: Louise will guide you in some mindfulness practices to notice where we might have become unstuck. Maybe we can add to our strengthening practice but finding where we might feel a little off balance. Through meditation and enquiry we will find some stillness once more.

Lunch and Reflections with All: We will share with you a recipe in advance and see if we can all attempt to make it. There will be a chance to share experiences eat, chat and reflect.

This two and a half hour workshop on Saturday 30th May 2020 from 11.30am - 2pm has an aim to leave you balanced, strong, still and clear. This two and a half hour workshop will be £20 per person.

This session will take place via Zoom online.
