Enjoy a flowing yoga sequence with a focus on back bending poses to fire up some yang energy & open our hearts.
After warming up the body, we will slow things down with a short self-myofascial release practice to release any tightness in your muscles and connective tissue, which will lead us into a relaxing yin yoga practice.
This sequence of poses will stimulate the heart/small intestine meridians in alignment with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the fire element that governs the Summer season.
The class will finish with some Pranayama (breathing practice)& a loving, kindness meditation.

Zoom link will be sent 15mins before the beginning of the class.
