About 12 Days of FITMAS
Join in the festive fun with our 12 Days of FITMAS challenge!
Throughout November and December we are asking you to complete our 12 Day challenge, donate £12 and encourage others to join in.
Centered around home fitness exercises (think high knees, star jumps, lunges!) this is for everyone, wherever you are. Adjust the challenge to suit your ability and choose any 12 consecutive days between now and December to complete it.
We've got you covered with our step by step guide and specially recorded demonstration video by personal trainer and supporter Steven Gordon.
The festive season is something many of us look forward to, but it can be a stressful time for people with dementia, their families and carers. Sadly the pandemic has only exacerbated this.
With your contribution this season we can continue to raise funds to provide support and joy for people living with dementia.
