Would you like to explore techniques of stretching that encompass joints, muscles and overall mobility?
This 45min practice is aimed at building a deepening awareness of the connection between our breath and movement. We will focus on opening the body to cultivate strength through dynamic stretching while increasing flexibility and range of movement in our joints.
Exploring movement the way love moves, the intention of the practice is to flow through strength into the surrender. Heart First.
This is a class open to all levels of practice, safe and inclusive while offering a diverse range of accessible option in a body positive environment.
Equipment needed:
Non-slippery surface (yoga mat is best)
OPTIONAL: 2 small hand weights/balls (3 pounds or less)
