May the 4th Be With You...and may it be Strong!
Join me for a very special STAR WARS themed movement practice that combines music, mindfulness and channeling your own inner Jedi powers!
Focusing our mind on flowing strength, mindful mobility and ultimately, triumphing over fear...together, we will move and groove to find those powers within us!
Equipment is 'not' needed but, like every Jedi who earns his lightsaber, so shall you discover your strength by moving through resistance:
Hand weights (1-5pds max) - Pilates Balls, Dumbbells, Cans of Soup (anything you can grip to add resistance
KettleBell (10-20pds max) - large laundry detergent jug or other large & heavy household container with a handle
Lightsaber (long staff) - baseball bat, broom stick handle, steel mace, snow scraper stick, fire poker...anything that is about arm length and not to wide to grip
Pay-What-You-Can and be prepared to unleash the 'force' within you!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
