Join Forth Environment Link's Climate Kitchen Garden team for the next Crust for Life session on Tuesday 27th July from 6.30 - 8pm. Please note this monthly session will now be running on the last Tuesday evening of the month going forward.
This time we will be making Pantofola Bread which is a delicious filled bread that is great for using up your leftovers as your fillings.
The recipe we will be using comes from Love Food Hate Waste Scotland.

Ingredients for the bread are
450g bread flour
7g dried yeast
1tbsp caster sugar
1tsp salt
300ml warm water.
For the filling anything goes but some suggestions:
Caramelised red onions
Cheese
Tomatoes - fresh or sun dried
Herbs
Mushrooms
Peppers
Leftovers from the fridge
Oil
Sea salt
