This half day workshop will introduce you to the most common species of bumblebee found in the UK. You will learn about bee ecology, how to identify and record them, why they are so important to humans, the threats they face and what you can do to help them in your garden.
What to bring - This workshop is all outdoors, please check the weather forecast and come prepared, a drink and snack, if you have a hand lens, net and ID guide then bring them along.
Venue - TCV Scotland office, Balallan House, 24 Allan Park, Stirling, FK8 2QG.
Parking is available at the rear of the building although spaces are limited and can't be reserved.
Experience Level - No experience required.
Cost - £25.00 (plus Eventbrite booking fees)
