The Chakras are 7 main energy systems that are believed to run through our spine.
In this workshop Vanessa Jarman a psychic-medium from Toronto, Canada who has dedicated the last several years of her life to understanding energy and helping others develop their intuition will be explaining what the Chakras are in more detail and how we can use them to balance our body and mind, as well as a Chakra Meditation to close.
Vanessa is also a certified Reiki Master, Teacher and Breath Coach, who is working towards her Hypnotherapist certification and has completed her Yoga Teacher Training.
She is passionate about delivering digestible information that is uplifting and sure to support others in their everyday life so if you want to learn more about the Chakras then look no further.
