Join Natasha for her monthly Shambhala Soul Sisters circle.
This circle is an opportunity for like-minded women to consciously connect with each other. Each month will have a different theme which will open up conversation.
Most importantly this an open space to laugh, cry, connect, share stories and support each other with our powerful energies, even if that is just listening within the circle. Expect movement, journaling and whatever else our heart & soul guides us to.
Suitable for all women, of all ages.
Spaces limited to 6 people in person due to COVID restrictions in the studio so it is advised to book early.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
