As part of Summer of Activities, we are delighted to bring you a foraging event for children aged 12 to 14 years old. In this event, you will learn how to forage safely, how to identify plants. We will play some foraging games too.
We will meet at the community orchard on Gowan Hill. This can be accessed from Lower Castle Hill, Upper Castle Hill or the entrance opposite Sainsbury's. We will set off at 2:00 sharp so please arrive in good time. The walk up to the orchard is steep in places but easy-going throughout the walk.
Parents and guardians are very welcome to join us and you are sure to learn something too. Covid guidelines will be adhered to with physical distancing throughout and hand sanitiser will be available.
Location: Gowan Hill (Community Orchard), The Back Walk, Stirling, FK8 1EN
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
