About Yoga + Brunch
Sunday morning Yang to Yin yoga class (warm) followed by a healthy, plentiful and delicious brunch.
Our yoga class is 90 mins and starts with a flowing vinyasa yoga sequence, followed by a slow, floor based restorative yin session using bolsters, blocks and eye masks. This session is perfect for beginners to intermediate.
Brunch will be served after class downstairs. There will be a selection of food, all homemade and healthy. Expect: pumpkin bread, seed loaf, sourdough, mint and pea fritters, smashed avocado with limes, spicy chunky tomato butter beans, sweet chili sauce, chia jam, hummus, pesto, homemade granola, a selection of yoghurts, fruit, a selection of cheese, homemade date and banana muffins. We cater for all diets, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.
Bring a friend or just bring yourself!
