Our Christmas Market Artist Iona is hosting a special metalworking class in store with us this December! Spend a fun and festive afternoon with friends and like-minded creatives learning to hand pierce a sterling silver or brass ornament for your Christmas tree. During this 3.5 hour class you'll be provided a selection of design options to choose from and under the tuition of jeweller Iona (@ionalundiedesign) you will get hands-on in learning simple metalworking and jewellery techniques such as sawing, drilling, filing and polishing.
At the end of the class you'll get to take your new decoration home along with the satisfaction of knowing you've personally created the perfect addition to your tree or made that extra special gift for a loved one!
You have the choice to create your decoration from Brass or Silver, please choose which at the time of booking as the price is dependent on the chosen material. Brass £60 or Sterling Silver £80.
All tools, materials, tuition and cake will be provided!
Classes are kept smaller due to Covid-19 and we ask participants to wear a mask during the workshop, if you can, to protect yourself and others. Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs prior to receive a full refund.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
