Cromlix Hotel in Dunblane will be hosting a Kindness Retreat in March 2022.

Headlining the event is Dr David Hamilton, an expert on kindness and its impact on the mind and body. He will be giving a talk on topics such as ‘why kindness is good for you’ and ‘how your mind can heal your body'.

The retreat will encourage guests to think about being kind to themselves as well as others, so will include five star treats such as in-room massages, yoga and fine dining.
