The height of the foraging season is almost here! What can you do while you're waiting for the spring shoots appear? You can gather seaweed. Jayson Byles from East Neuk Seaweed will show you what you can forage and, more importantly, how to forage. We will look at safety, sustainability and preparation.
This workshop will show you a number of early and mid season seaweeds. Jayson will go through safety, identification and preparation.
This event is open to all. You will be given a link to a Zoom meeting when you register. It is contained in the confirmation email. please read this fully. The event will include a number of videos and a Q&A session.
Our foraging events are always popular so please book early and please let us know if you cannot make the event so we can give the ticket to another person.
