Enjoy the peace and tranquillity with some nurturing Outdoor Yoga in the beautiful surroundings of Jupiter Urban Wildlife Centre.
Outdoor Yoga allows you to connect with nature. Meditating and practicing yoga helps reduce the stress hormone cortisol in the body and being outdoors helps reduce those levels even more.
We start of with some Pranayama, yogic breathing then flow into some gentle stretching and Asanas, yoga poses. Finishing off lying down in relaxation snuggled in your blanket.
The session is suitable for beginners. Bring a yoga mat but you can practice with bare feet on the ground, called Earthing. Please bring a small blanket.
The session will last approx. 60-90 mins.
Susan Ross, a local qualified yoga instructor, will guide us through breathing, yoga and meditation. The session will end with a warming cup of tea or coffee made using our outdoor Kelly kettles.
