Did you know that Perimenopause is linked to the transition between Summer and Autumn.
For some women perimenopause can cause many symptoms including an excess of physical heat in the body. This can show up as hot flushes, night sweats, irritability, anger etc.
During this Moving Mindfully through YOUR Menopause workshop with Jen from Tranquility 21 we will:
Share our experiences of Menopause (only if you wish)
Explore the stages of Menopause and how you can support yourself during the transition.
Enjoy a yoga practice and pranayama (breathing) techniques specifically chosen to relieve the symptoms of hot flushes and night sweats.
Leaving you feeling nourished, nurtured and empowered as you journey towards your Second Spring.
