Are you retired or semi-retired? Wondering what to do? Would you like to meet new people and become involved in a new hobby, interest, or activity? Brighten your autumn and winter by joining Forth Valley u3a!
Forth Valley u3a is run by members for the members. There are more than 60 interest groups in the Fourth Valley area, all meeting in local venues. They include book groups, craft workshops, badminton, coffee clubs, current affairs discussion groups, language groups, poetry appreciation, Tai chi, Karate, Scrabble, and a walking group. The membership also gets together socially once a month for an afternoon event.
Enrolment for 2023/2024 is on Friday 25th August:
The morning session will be at Sauchie Hall (Mar Place, Sauchie, FK10 3EA) from 9.30am - 11.30am
The afternoon session in the hall at Bridge of Allan Parish Church (Keir Street, Bridge of Allan, FK9 4NW) from 1.00pm-3.00pm.
This is an opportunity to see what groups are available, to chat to coordinators, sign up for groups and meet up for tea, coffee and cakes.
