A Pole Lathe is a simple piece of technolgoy that's been used for centuries to make turned items - from candlesticks and spindles to bowls and plates - using just leg power! On this weekend workshop, you'll make your own Pole Lathe to take home with you, learning new skills as you create the component parts.
The workshop takes place over 2 days - running around 10am to 4pm each day. All tools and materials are included within the ticket price.
Attendees are welcome to camp onsite for free. Tea and coffee are provided throughout the event but please bring your own food. You are welcome to cook over the fire.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
