About Yin/Yang Summer Yoga Workshop
Join me in early July to explore the peak Yang energy of Summer, and enjoy a deeply rejuvenating Yin practice, too!
This workshop is all about the balance between those complementary energies
During summer, we are more vibrant, expressive, and joyful as our growth and potential reach their peak, but we also need rest, and we long for peacefulness so we don't burn ourselves out.
You will have 2.5h to yourself to find that equilibrium with a long Yin practice, Qi-gong moves to loosen up and search the fire element within you, followed by Summer asanas flow and a gorgeous Yoga Nidra meditation which will leave you refreshed and deeply nourished in body & soul.
