Artist: Blaeberry River Art
Drawing and painting portraits is a time honoured tradition and one that many of us would love to tackle, however it can feel daunting knowing where to start and how to achieve an accomplished likeness. This introductory day will allow you to feel confident knowing a little about the history of the portrait as well as how to practice and compose your own portraits.
You will need to bring a high quality close up image of someone you would like to draw or paint (if on a device please make sure it is charged and preferably a tablet rather than a phone). All materials and full instruction will be provided as well as a fun, supportive and relaxed atmosphere. We will take a short break for lunch, there are several great cafes nearby.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
