Stirling University Choir provides an exciting learning experience for singers in the Stirling area. There are no auditions to join the choir and all are welcome: students, staff, alumni and members of the wider community. The choir is led and accompanied by professional musicians.
Rehearsals are held on campus, in Lecture Theatre A4, Cottrell Building, 7:30pm - 9:30pm Monday evenings from 15 September to 1 December inclusive. There is plenty of parking available, free of charge, and there is a regular bus service between the campus and Stirling city.
The concert will be held in the Holy Trinity Church, Stirling, on Saturday 6 December. Rehearsals on the day of the concert will start at 1pm, with the concert starting at 7:30pm.
Standard membership to the choir for the whole semester is £70, with student membership being £15. New members are most welcome to come and give it a go for a few weeks, free of charge, to see if it is for you.
We look forward to welcoming all new and returning members of the choir in the Autumn semester to join us in performing this exciting programme of music!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
