Wooden spoon carving with Green Aspirations
Join Green Aspirations, on 9th November at Made in Stirling, for this half-day course and learn how to make your own wooden spoon with an axe, knife and spoon knife, following the sloyd tradition.
About Wooden spoon carving with Green Aspirations
You’ll be guided through every step of the process from choosing your wood to designing your spoon, learning the tools and techniques you need as you go. All materials will be provided and you do not need any experience.
Aimed at adults and young people aged 14+. The workshop will take place in the Mezzanine space within Made in Stirling. You'll take home the spoon you've carved - a great gift for a loved one!
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to receive a full refund. If you have any questions or want more information please contact curator@creativestirling.org.
