Tim Kliphuis Trio is one of the world’s top string groups, combining jaw-dropping virtuosity and mesmerizing improvisations with a beautifully varied repertoire sourced from classical, gypsy jazz and North-European folk music.
With Scotsmen Nigel Clark (guitar) and Roy Percy (double bass), Kliphuis has travelled the world, performed for royalty and the United Nations, and collaborated with a variety of Orchestras in many countries. His inclusive and innovative approach to music has united audiences and is influencing a new generation of string players.
