This gentle 5-week course is designed to introduce you to yoga and mindfulness for overall well-being.
Each class will guide you through accessible yoga poses that help you build confidence, flexibility, and ease in your body.
We’ll explore simple breathworj techniques to bring balance, and regulate the nervous system, interwoven throughout the movement practice.
Each session finished with a soothing guided savasana, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice so you leave feeling replenished and restored.
