The Constantly Flaring & Stitching Society is a gentle, welcoming monthly craft group for women living with gynaecological conditions, including endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids.
The group will meet on the last Monday of every month, from 2–4pm, at Làmhan. Each session offers a calm, supportive space where you can craft, chat, or simply sit with a cup of tea in the company of people who understand what flare days are like.
You can choose to join a beginner-friendly sewing or textile workshop with Eden in our fully equipped studio, or bring along your own craft project for a relaxed stitch-and-chat by the fire.
Any textile craft is very welcome. No experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to finish anything. Jo will be there each session to listen, support, and hold the space. Some days will be chatty, some will be quiet — both are equally welcome. This group is run in partnership with Endometriosis UK, and has been created by people with lived experience of chronic gynaecological conditions (including Jo and Eden).
Important information:
• Limited to 8 places per session to keep the group small and supportive
• Places are offered on a first come, first served basis
• Booking is required
• Tea provided and maybe a few sneaky biscuits too!
If you’re constantly flaring, you’re not alone. We get it. And if stitching helps, even a little, you’re very welcome to stitch with us (it helps us too).
Age 18+
Additional Dates: 27 April 2026, 25 May 2026, 29 June 2026, 27 July 2026, 31 August 2026, 28 September 2026, 26 October 2026, 30 November 2026
